We are engaged in capacitating youths and women in the fight against climate change and building sustainable societies
The WYTEC Blue project aims to develop two virtually delivered, survey level courses taught by Canadian and West African subject matter experts from academic, business and non-governmental sectors. The project offers Ocean Technology and Maritime Safety and Risk Management, where experts will share expertise on business development, entrepreneurship and skills needed for participants to thrive in public, private and NGO sectors. IFA facilitates cohort engagement via structured and free form networking and knowledge exchange among participants and experts. The courses will be taught at selected teaching “hubs” in Nova Scotia (Canada), São Vicente (Cabo Verde) and Accra (Ghana).
